» Read MoreThere are many clubs and organizations on campus. if you have a passion, there's probably a club for it, and if not, get a few signatures and create one! There is also a lot of fun and socialization around rush week. IIT does its best to plan certain socializing events but there is also the Bog: a regularly opening social club on campus. In there one can play pool, video games, bowl, ping pong, darts, or go over to the bar for a drink and some of the best food on campus.
» Read MoreCampus life isn't thrilling, the BOG is open every thursday and friday night where you can bowl, shoot pool, play ping pong, play video games, and if youre of age, you can get some drinks from the bar to relax and unwind. Student Council usually does a good job of organizing events to gather students and meet new people but as the year goes on, they have less appeal and you are more likely to stay in your room to study or hangout with your closer group of friends.

» Read MoreWhen the main building, McCormick Tribune Campus Center, is open, Ping-Pong paddles and Billiard tables are available for your enjoyment. In my first semester, I was able to become pretty good at Ping-Pong because of how much I played before and after lunch, with my friends. On Thursday and Friday nights, the Bog is open, you can play Billiards, Ping-Pong, Darts, and Bowling! You can also get a beer or some food at the bar.
» Read MoreBesides participating in the school's sports, clubs/organizations. downtown Chicago is just a train stop away. The best part about going out and leaving campus is that all full-time students get the ride the Chicago trains at no cost for while they are in school.
