The cafeteria is a good place to see friends and chat, however the food is simply mediocre.

» Read MoreIIt Dining is very acceptable. Many are unsatisfied with our main cafeteria's menu items, but it is very considerate of different cultures and dietary needs. The food itself is also good. Unfortunately it doesn't change much, so people get tired of eating the same thing after about a week. There are so many more options for dining on campus that make this completely acceptable.
» Read MoreThere are meal plans that you can choose from. Most people usually pick 14 meals a week with 175 bonus points. with this meal plan, you get 14 meals a week from the Commons, the main cafeteria. There are other places on campus that you may dine in but only bonus points are applicable there so most people only eat at the commons. The food itself is typical cafeteria food, there is nothing special. there is always pizza, burgers. salad bar, and there is an asian cuisine section and a sandwich bar. nothing too exciting, it will get boring very quickly.
» Read MoreThe breakfast in Commons is basically the same everyday. But others are OK. SSV(dorm) has kitchen every floor, so you can cook yourself.
» Read MoreIIT has an abundance of fresh and delicious food and dining options, ranging from the Commons (the main cafeteria) to Center Court (options of sandwiches, salads, burritos, quesadillas, etc made to order). The Commons has really really delicious food that serves to many different ethnicity and food preferences.
» Read MorePlenty if places around campus to get a bite to eat! The Commons is the cafeteria where you use your meals, they change the menus everyday so there's always something to try out. Center Court is where you spend your Bonus Points. Their menu stays the same but the food is always delicious and it's open all day! There are also coffee shops around campus as well as a 7-11.
» Read MoreEven though, not liked by all, the campus's cafeteria operates in a buffet-style which means unlimited plates. The school also offers other dining options throughout the campus such as a cafe, a bagel shop, and even a 24/7 Seven Eleven so there is always something to eat at anytime of the day.
