Eat at one of the dozens of ethnic cuisine restaurants offered, then take an exercise class at the student gym. Check out the Gutenberg Bible at the Lily Library or visit the current exhibit at the IU Art Museum. See a musical at the Auditorium, either professional or student production. Put on some candy striped pants and head over to Assembly Hall to watch some Hoosier Basketball, then pack it in for the night at Kilroy's Bar to celebrate the win.

IU also has a great greek life to get involved with and you should definitely check it out even if you aren't sure if you are interested.
» Read MoreIndiana University has a wide range of fun activities. There are a few bowling alleys surrounding the campus as well as one located in the Student Union. The football games are getting more exciting as the team is improving and the tailgates are out of control! The basketball games never disappoint providing the best atmosphere to watch a college basketball game in. The fraternities and sororities host great social and philanthropic events, while there are also many social events to attend outside of the Greek community.

» Read MoreThere is so much but so much to do on campus! Enjoy every bit of it! There are so many activities in dorms that even though I didn't stay in them I have attended some events there. There are many activities that each school also offers on campus and off. The activities off campus are mostly community based but they are just incredible ways to give back to the community through the fun activities available.

From taking a walk though the arboretum, club soccer and volleyball (and may others), free yoga and exercise classes at the SRSC, to having lunch on Kirkwood, or going to the bars at night. Night life at Bloomington is unbeatable. Little 5 is the event to look forward to all year. There is never a dull moment at IU.
» Read MoreIt's fun to go exploring with friends. It certainly is fun to find little nooks and crannies that are really special. Trying different ethnic foods around town is always a neat experience, and you can't possibly run out of places to try. There is always something to do around town.
» Read MoreThere's SOOO much to do for fun, depending on the type of person you are. If you join organizations at IU, there will be a lot of events that you will throw and attend. There is always something going on at the Indiana Memorial Union or the Neal Marshall building. Also, dorms will have weekly or monthly events to help you bond with your floor and the people in your building. There is a movie theater not too far away from the mall & there's always the option to attend parties during the weekends. Just don't lose control -- you're at school for an education, not to party.

This past year alone I've been to two concerts, a Greek step show, a plethora of sporting events, open mic nights, played sports and swam at the rec centers, gone to the mall and movies, gone bowling, had picnics on the Jordan River, or even chilled with the girls on my floor in our lounge. If you're ever bored in Bloomington, you're simply not looking for anything to do.
