    all organic food and you will lose weight here, in a good way though. They do not starve you but they dont fry any foods here either.

    The campus cafeteria is catered by Bon Apettite which is one of the best food businesses in Santa Fe. The menu is a variety of healthy, organic foods and it has such a range of different daily food options that the menu is not boring. The cafeteria environment is comfortable, clean and inviting.
