There is three meals a day offered during the week. Breakfast is great. Always fresh food for breakfast. Lunch offers a variety of food, but depending on the time you get to lunch it is not the freshest. Dinner does not have a good variety of food. Mostly unhealthy foods are offered during the dinner meal. This could be improved to offer more healthy choices.

I think breakfast is everyone favorite thing at Iowa Lakes. There is always a salad bar if you do not like the choices given. The cooks are great, very friendly, and they always seem to know you personally after awhile.
