Get involved! Don't just go to your classes and go home. Spend time on campus and meet new people.

Nail shop is right across from campus and Irvine is full of restaurant choices. Irvine Spectrum is located within 10 minutes. Many beaches are within the 30 minutes of driving.

Join a Club! Clubs are a great way to meet people and do something good for the community.

Their are many sports to join and clubs as well.

Go to sushilicious in the plaza across the street.

They have a volleyball team and lots of other extracurricular activities.

There is a primary Asian community in Irvine, so there are plenty of interesting restaurants such as Japanese revolving sushi bars and Korean tofu houses. Other than eating, there's not much in the way of fun around campus.

There isn't much to do that would be considered fun. I mainly enjoy looking at the bulletin boards, joining clubs, and chatting with friends in between classes. There are also productions put on by the performing arts center that student can attend.
