Apply for student aid early. They have a policy that could cripple your ability to start confidently-they do not disburse financial aid funds until 3 weeks into the semester.

I can't get my adviser to return my emails or calls. I transferred in credits from another regionally accredited community college and only one was accepted; I was told it was most likely an error, but I couldn't get the registrar's office to reevaluate my transcript. I submitted all my documentation for financial aid months in advance and still didn't get it in time for spring semester.

Ivy Tech is a great community college with an affordable tuition. Their colleges are acceptable if one wants to transfer to another university. Classes can be presented by lecture or online and it is by your convenience of valuable time.

Ivy Tech is a great school to start with and transfer to a four year college. The classes transfer easily and the professors are well versed. It is easy to obtain your general education classes with the intent for them to transfer to a four year institution.

Ivy Tech is a great school to figure out what you really want to do with your life, or to get prerequisites out of the way for half the price. A lot of high school seniors don't know what to do with their life at 18, so going to a community collage helps prepare them for college life for those who are not ready for a four year institution. Ivy Tech is a good school to f figure things out or to get an associates degree.

I love this community college , Although it is a community college, Ivy Tech has alot to offer. Ivy Tech is easy to get around and they have different resources to help you find your major if you are undecided. This college is easy and cheaper if you are a Highschool graduate.

Ivy Tech Community College could be a better college if they reduced their class sizes. A lot of the health and science classes have over 50 students in the lecture classes making it hard to get assistance from the professors. Some professors do the best they can, but there's only so much they can do with that many students in a class.
