Start with the basics and build from there. You have to have the general classes anyway so why pay more for the same thing else where.

Tips for prospective students, don't be afraid to ask questions and seek help if needed. the ability to seek out the help that you need will aide in your success at Ivy Tech.Make friends ,have a social network set up,this will help you in that if you need support or assistance you will find it in your friendships.

Register early and get your classes set up by an advisor so you know your schedule and you can get your books early enough so you don't have to wait for a book to come in if you go in to late.

Always Always Always ask your professors for help if you can't get something done because you can't get it figured out or you just down right can't understand it!
