I have been subjected to discriminatory practices due to the fact that I am not a traditional student. The personnel in admissions/business office have treated me with disrespect and refused to help update information because they believed I was a waste of their time. It has been a very frustrating experience. My tip would be to stay on top of your account and information, seeking outside help if necessary.
