There's a small running trail that goes along the creek behind campus to walk, run, or bike on. There's a cute little town to explore or have lunch or dinner in. Fayetteville is a mere 45 minutes away for a day trip. There's several places around to go hiking at. Intramural sports, campus events, and random, fun things you'll find to do with your friends!

there's always something to do around here! to name some of the stuff you can get involved in: student newspaper, student government, outreach ministries (everything from nursing home visits to elementary school tutoring to missions trips), dorm get-togethers, jbu swing society, the nature society, the next big thing (a musical competition of epic proportions), chorus and pep band, plays and musicals, mock rock (the best lip-syncing contest ever), debate and forensics, intramurals (from rugby to ultimate frisbee to, soon, quiddich)...and that's not even the half of it!
