Categories Comments Bang for the buck Pricy school, incredible program!
What to do for fun Movies and shopping when you are not busy studying.
Food and Dining Pleasant Hill has a shopping area, but most food and dining are chains.
Academic Rigor This is a PsyD program. High demands necessitating a enormous amount of energy and focal output.
Tips for prospective students If you are interested in attending, go to an open house and speak with someone about the program in a one-on-one. In addition, it was invaluable for me that I sat in on some classes to get a feel for the education I would experience and the caliber of students I would be working with.
In three sentences Incredible program addressing cultural competency training bringing forth well rounded graduate students into the greater environment. The staff and my cohort of students are very involved and dedicated to the educational training. The campus has numerous resources and outlets for their student population

Categories Comments What to do for fun I am not sure what the other students do for fun. This is mainly a campus for working adults. The school caters to a different crowd looking for learning.
Food and Dining There are a few restaurants in the nearby community but you'd have to go off campus to access them. There is a student lounge available with vending machines and microwaves. BYOB for best results.
Academic Rigor I love the depth of the classroom conversations and the hands on applications in class of what we are learning.
Tips for prospective students This is a private college, be sure you are aware of funding alternatives if you are not able to pay the higher tuitions. Financial Aid is available.
In three sentences I love the class structure and teaching style of most of the instructors at JFK. Most of all in the program I am taking, so far, each class has successfully built upon the last, making an awesome foundation of learning that I feel competent anough to convey and apply on my own. Lastly, the convenience and friendliness of the campus and its staff and students really make attending this campus a positive experience for me.

Categories Comments Campus Safety We have been getting plenty of bomb threats and the security for JFK aren't very professional.
Great for these types of students Great for student who are working or have families because classes are either online, once a month and the rest online, or once a week and the rest online. Very convenient.
Bang for the buck Very expensive!
Food and Dining There is no food and dining in the school but it is located near Santana Row and there are plenty of restaurants around.
Dorm Life No dorms
In three sentences Very good school. The only university in Northern California that has a legal studies bachelor program that is accredited by the American Bar Association. I am reviewing the campus in San Jose, CA.
