Try to do well in highschool now, because they give out HUGE scholarships and campus awards to people that got good HS grades. I didn't even go to a vocational school in HS, and I'm doing baking & pastry, and they gave me almost 16K for the four years, plus 10K just for this year. I can't stress this enough.

I enjoy attending Johnson & Wales and believe it was a perfect choice for me. I am from a small town so living in Providence wasn't that crazy of a transition for me even though this city does offer a lot of fun activities. I love the professors here because they really get to know their students and try to actually help everyone.

Johnson & Wales has accepted me in to the Culinary Arts program. I have not been able to visit the campus yet, but will this summer. All of the staff has been very supportive of my efforts to apply. I am very excited to be able to learn from those that been in the industry.

Best university for baking and pastry/culinary arts. Though it consists of long days on your feet, it is worth it in the end. It also has many student activities to keep you engaged and motivated.

Johnson & Wales University has faculty that listen to the students and try to improve their education. Although this campus has a smaller student population than other universities, it has a very diverse atmosphere. This university also provides plenty of opportunities for students to get involved on campus and in the community.

Eye opening, easy adjustment, career focused, and lots of fun. The diversity in Providence with about 5 schools in a 10 minutes radius and being in the city center allows you to access a new lifestyle. Since freshman year I have only seen the city increase its potential as I know it will continue to grow.
