    Kirkwood is a community college so it is very cheap. It works out well to transfer to a four-year college. Your general education classes should be out of the way when you transfer. This saves you a lot of money.

    Kirkwoods a lot cheaper then a four year college and you complete at least two years before having to transfer. you can also get scholarships from activities like Phi Thetta Kappa, theater and sports.
