    Lamar State College-Port Arthur is a wonderful, affordable college that has so much to offer. The tuition is affordable and the career choices are awesome. It is a great college to obtain an Associates degree and transfer for further education.

    The cost of attendance here is cheaper than Lamar University about $1000 per semester. The Faculty and Teacher are great. The college in general is great.

    Lamar Port Arthur is a very excellent commuter college considering the population of the surrounding area. Teachers and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I rate this school an 8 out of 10.

    Lamar State College-Port Arthur is a small community college located in Southeast Texas. LSCPA has small classes, two distinguished college level athletic programs, and small tuition. The teachers here also really care about you educationally and personally.
