There are wide range of classes to take at Lane. I was enrolled in a Human Sexuality class where I learned so many things that you really are not allowed to learn in high school. They covered every aspect of sexuality you could imagine. There are several different types of English classes, including fun classes. In one, you analyze the lyrics of Bob Dylan as poetry and literature. I took a Shakespeare class, and learned about his works in a different way than I did in high school. I enjoy being at Lane Community College because it is a smaller college and I have been able to make friends and in turn have made some study buddies. Lane also has really good online classes that make it easy for me to be a mother and a student at the same time. My teachers have always been understanding if my daughter gets sick. They have always given me extra time to finish work if I am not able to get it in right away. read full review
