    Come prepared to learn a lot. Don't belittle others ideas and questions, everyone is learning just like you. Be attentive because the professors cover a lot of details. I'd suggest a recorder for lectures.

    Make sure you meet with an academic advisor to guide you in the right direction. Students tend to get steered in the wrong direction otherwise, taking classes they dont need, wasting time and money.
