    LOC is a small college, but big on education. Itâ??s like nothing that I have ever experienced, very unique. I love the staff, the environment, and the learning process.

    Overall it as good school, everyone knows everyone and it's a small campus. They are progressing as a school but much of the administration is still old-fashioned. I can say that I'm proud to be a Magician though.
