LeTourneau does not offer many, if any, fluff classes. Everything is educational, and since it is a Christian university, there is actually meaning in what you learn. History, for example, is not a bunch of names, dates, and places that need to be correctly connected, but a real, interesting story.

The school is challenging but instills worth inside its students. The staff is always on hand to help and inform students and parents on how to make the most of the experiences. You will leave with a sense of accomplishment and more then a grasp on the real world.

I'm a mechanical engineer at LeTourneau and honestly couldn't have chosen a better place to be. I almost went to Rice, but the Christian environment and the genuineness of the students and faculty brought me to LeTU. The classes are challenging (that's coming from an honor's student:), but it's definitely worth it; I've learned so much and made friends that will last a lifetime.
