    DO NOT procrastinate. Considering this is a commuter school, try to limit how much you leave school. Stay and study at school if you live at home. Get to know your adviser and teachers, they know the most and will help you through your years of college.

    Get a good nights sleep, choose the right school for you, go to class, and do not let you social life interfere with your education. Though friends are important, don't get carried away. Also try to participate in class and have fun!
