EVERYTHING Students will find that social justice is a big topic on campus, so service organizations are one of the most difficult on campus organizations to join. Greek Life is big on campus, but does not take over the campus, however since LMU is small, everyone mingles with everyone and there are no divisions, based on sorority, fraternity, service org, etc.

LMU is so close to everything but is still on the bluff overlooking the whole city. Many students go to the beach, slack line between palm trees on campus, go to Venice or Santa Monica, or just sit on the bluff and enjoy the view.

It's LA. Anything you can think of you can find for fun, just depends what you like to do. Car is pretty essential on the weekends however as the campus is pretty much dead and you'll have to go off-campus to find stuff to do...or you know the occasional party not so far off-campus.

Have a cafe run by students near the student store, areas for working out, movie theater near the freshman and sophomore dorms, movie archive and music archive in the Library, as well as a 50s diner open till 3 am.
