Around Town

LMU is located just outside Los Angeles, which is the perfect location for sight-seeing in places like Santa Monica and, is very close to the beaches of Marina del Rey and Venice. Rent a campus-offered zip car, grab some friends, and go explore this culturally diverse area!

It's LA. There are a lot of fun things to do around Los Angeles. However, if you are 'of age', there are a lot of cool bars to go to near Venice beach that are super fun.

There's plenty of places to eat that are right off campus. Many students can find hours of entertainment just by sitting on the bluff and staring out at the beautiful city of L.A./the ocean. Did I mention the beach is right next to the school? We're also a short bus-ride away from the 3rd street Promenade, as well as 10 minute ride away from a mall. Plus, it's located in L.A., so there's plenty around to do.

Walk around campus- it's gorgeous. Chill at the Lair, hang with friends, go to convo hour, go to our popular basketball games. Lots of great stuff to do.

LMU is located in West LA 5 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from UCLA/USC and 30 minutes from Hollywood. The opportunities to have a good time on/off campus are limitless!

The beach is near by!

LMU is situated in Los Angeles. Students can go from the town to the beach. Los Angeles has everything to offer. Also, LMU has what it calls Living Learning Communities in which students with similar interests or majors get together for socializing and outings.

There is so many things to do in the area around LA. You can go to the beach, you can visit Hollywood and Rodeo Drive, visit LA, go to see a Dodger, Laker, Clippers or Kings game. You can never get bored at LMU.
