Around Town

Lyon's LEAP (Lyon Education & Adventure Program) takes trip rock climbing, kayaking, skydiving, camping, biking, etc. on a regular basis. There are numerous clubs to join to fit any taste, from recycling to art to Greek life to just sitting around and playing card games. Honestly, you won't get bored if you go outside looking for something to do.

There are e-mails sent out almost every day about something you can do for fun. The college home page has a few things on it too.

Theres plenty of outdoor activities, lots of stuff to do all the time, form the Puppies on the Knoll to student organized concerts and movie night every thursday, you will never be bored. But don't let your studies slack off!

If you have time for fun, there's always a movie showing somewhere or a game of ultimate frisbee going on. You can get involved with Greek life, band, theatre, sports, spirit teams, or create your own groups for anything possible. Though Batesville is small, it offers enough to keep you happy.
