Categories Comments Great for these types of students Anybody who wants to know more about the Bible and grow spiritually.
Tips for prospective students Come willing to be open and part of a great community and have fun, but keep focus on why you are at Manhattan Christian College.
Bang for the buck MCC is a private college, so therefore is an expensive place. It is easily the best place that I would go for bible college, but is expensive. The place needs a little tidying up, but the knowledge you receive is immensely great.
Am enjoying being here Manhattan Christian College has one of the best communities I have ever been apart of. Like any college, random awesomeness has the potential to occur every night. But more importantly, when walking through the dorms, there is a friend in every doorway. MCC has great tradition and even more fun.
Am learning a lot At MCC, the professors are wiser than one could ever hope to be. If a student is willing to learn they will be poured into, both inside and outside the classroom. The amount of biblical knowledge that can be learned it huge, from basics of the Old Testament to Interpreting the Bible and Spiritual Warfare.

Tips for prospective students Apply yourself and make an effort to get the best out of your own education, you or somebody else is paying for you to go to this college, so be wise with your time and effort.
Bang for the buck Manhattan Christian College is an expensive college because it is a private college. There needs to be some tidying here and there but overall, it is a good run for your money.
Am enjoying being here I love being at Manhattan Christian College, it is a great community of people who truly love each other and encourage each to grow in their faith and to explore their own worldviews.
Academic Rigor Here at Manhattan Christian College you can learn a lot about ministry, theology and community building. The key is to apply yourself to your academic work and grow as an individual.

Categories Comments Great for these types of students MCC is great for students who are following after Gods own heart and want to include Him in their careers. MCC is not just for Ministry majors, but K-State students often take classes at MCC and get a Bible degree just to be more well rounded in the Bible.
Tips for prospective students Apply yourself. Get involved. Study OFTEN. Do winter term for cheaper credits. Apply for scholarships like CRAZY. Don't work more than 20 hours a week ( not your first year...trust me ). Don't be late to class your first week into classes ( not to mention, in your PJ's, for a Paddock class...yes, trust me ). And remember to PRAY often. Somehow it is harder to stay connected at a Bible college, just know this going in...your personal studies are VERY important and PRAYING often is crucial!
Bang for the buck Yes, college is expensive. But where else are you going to get class sizes like this with teachers like this? Seriously MCC is one of the best things to happen to me...And with that is going to be some college loans.
Am enjoying being here Great people, wonderful teachers, always new activities...I'm a spoiled college student!
Am learning a lot I just love the teachers here, they care about you as an individual. I have never learned so much! As a student with learning disabilities and having little to no Biblical background, I have learned a tremendous amount about not just the Bible, but being a Christian and what that means in my life.

Categories Comments Campus Safety The Manhattan Christian College campus is small but it is a safe small campus. Not to mention, there are always people around to walk with.
Greek Life There are no sororities or fraternities at MCC so there is no Greek life.
Clubs and Activities There are multiple extracurricular activities at MCC. There are different committees on Stucco such as: class presidents, vice president, etc. student body president, vice president, etc. Cabinet, Traditions Committee, Student Spiritual Life Committee and much much more. There are opportunities to go off campus to visit the nursing home and the Boys and Girls Club.
Great for these types of students MCC is great for students who want to learn more about God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and the Bible. Students who are interested in growing in their spiritual life and gaining knowledge to use it in their future. Also, for those interested in a small community atmosphere but still want a larger size community as well, as a part of Kansas State University.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus Traditions at MCC include: Traditions night where the traditions committee does skits and a trivia game to give freshman more information about MCC; Field Day where students hang out together while participating in field day events, the Crusader Crusade this event is when the entire school carpools to Ozark Christian College to cheer on MCC as they play Ozark; just to name a few.
Bang for the buck MCC is a private college but is actually somewhat cheap for a small private college and the knowledge students gain throughout their years there.
What to do for fun Manhattan is a wonderful town filled with different activities to do. Kansas State University is right across the street so MCC students can go to the K State campus and hang out. There are movie theaters in town and at Kansas State. Plus, MCC plans school wide events from Skip Day to sporting events.
Food and Dining The campus center or dining hall allows different food options for students to choose from. These options range from a salad bar to how and cold sandwiches to daily chosen specialty plates.
Dorm Life The dorms are a wonderful setting at MCC. Students are required to stay in the dorms their freshman and sophomore year and it is an amazing way to build lots of relationships. The dorms are set up very well by suites and make it east to really get to know one another.
Academic Rigor The professors and faculty definitely challenge you in your studies and do try to help you learn. They want you to succeed in life and in God's kingdom.
Tips for prospective students Be sure to take a campus tour at Manhattan Christian College. It is a great way to meet current students and faculty and build relationships before you even get there!
In three sentences It is a great place to lean more about the Bible and God. MCC also can help you grow spiritually in your own relationship with the Lord. It has a fantastic community filled with people who are there to assist and support you.

Categories Comments What to do for fun People love to hang out at MCC. You can just watch movies together or go down to Aggieville and shop or eat or dance. There are many things to do in college towns.
Food and Dining There are many options for food in the cafeteria. You can get multiple meals for just one ticket
Dorm Life There is always something happening in the dorms. One of the greatest things to do is walk around and start random conversations with people hanging out in their room. The dorms are set up as suites, so you share a room with one person and a suite/bathroom with 7 other people.
Academic Rigor College is really easy to skate by and get a decent grade if you don't care, but if you really want to learn, MCC teaches practical classes.
Tips for prospective students Make sure to schedule a visit and come hang out on campus for a day. Thursdays are the best because you can attend a chapel during your visit.
In three sentences Manhattan Christian College's greatest asset is its community. This college accurately prepares you for entering the world with your degree. It also encourages you to get practical experience in the community.
