There are numerous clubs and intramural sports. The party life isn't too bad either

On weekends everyone goes to bars or sports houses.

There are lots of on campus activities to get involved with that dont cost much. Many people like to go out to local bars and there are also a few good music venues in the neighborhood that frequently host popular artists.

There are many opporunties on and off campus! Marist SGA and club organizations always have fun activities to join, some including attending the Mr. Marist event, movie night, and sporting events! Outside of campus, you can explore the historic Hudson valley by visiting the Vanderbilt mansion, for example or take a stroll on the Mid Hudson Bridge!

NYC is less than a two hour train ride away for plenty of culture, music and fun.

There's literally always something to do on campus. For on-campus activities the RAs are always planning free programs for the dorms. Campus activities always has events every day of the weekend and sometimes during the week such as comedians, movies, open-mic nights, and many more. Getting off campus would involve going to any of the many trips planed to the city to see broadway shows, eating around town, or partying. Party's generally happen off campus and are easy to get to and from with the taxis that line up in Donnelly every weekend to take students anywhere for a really cheap price of $3 or $2. A lot of people party but of course you don't have to. You aren't considered weird or othered if you don't. Many people don't and there are still plenty of things to do.

Nothing here is fun. If you don't have a car, then prepare to live a boring life here. Taxi will take 45 mins to get to you. Frats party always got busted at 10, clubs suck and expensive. People don't know how to have fun without being drunk here. There are no activities during weekend except for movie

There is so much to do. Their are sporting events happening all the time, clubs host activities every week and their is usually a movie night a few times a month. Many people go and that is a lot of fun on Friday and Saturday nights.

The historic Hudson Valley has many opportunities for students to learn and have fun!

There is not much around the campus, but there are plenty of activities that the campus hosts. Concerts, trips, and performances are pretty much a weekly thing. You can find things to do around campus if you just look.
