MDC-Wolfson usually have special events that are held about twice a month such as musicians performing, book sell offs, comedians, and multi-cultural fares. The college is right across from the American Airline Arena, Bay-Front Park. American Airline Arena is where the World Champion Basketball team Miami Heat play. Bay -Front Park has many shopping stores, boat tours, Musicians that perform daily, a Hard Rock Cafe, and Hooters. Hooters are a place was they feature sexy waitresses as food servers.

Join clubs there are plenty of them, and Miami Dade always has an event going down and they will keep you posted on the MDC homepage.

For fun you do what ever you please.. I like going to the beach!! Its nice out there. But remember you are in college so you don't want to have too much fun to where you cannot go to class the next day.

Rent movies from the Library or join the many clubs available.

North seems to have plenty of sports such as swimming, karate and judo classes this summer, basketball, and the clubs such as student life and phi beta kappa.

Check out the art in the new building or go for a swim in the pool.

It is more of a community college setting not a university campus.
