» Read MoreMiami's campus is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It has amazing architecture and an amazing landscape filled with nature. I was not so excited about coming to Miami because of the stereotype of Miami being a preppy, all-white, all-Greek school but have found that to be completely false. I have met students from China and Fiji so far and have found myself surrounded by so many kind and caring people. One thing that I love about Miami is that you can walk up to anyone on campus and ask them a question and they are happy to help you and you don't even need to use a map to go anywhere- just ask students!

With the 16,000 undergraduate students on campus, there is always a plethora of activities to engage in and opportunities to get involved with student life. Although Miami is considered a mid-sized university, the campus feels much smaller.

Miami has the reputation of being a party school which is true in some aspects, but if you don't drink, there are still so many things to do on the weekends. One of my favorite things to do is to get a huge group of people together and go to Goggin and ice skate. They have open skate on the weekends, and it's really SO much fun. It's one of the many things Miami offers you. Most kids live on campus, and the experience you'll get while living with everyone is unreal, and you'll never forget it.
