There are a lot of clubs and organizations on campus to get involved in from religious groups to groups that plan activities on campus. There are a lot of free activities every week through an organization called the University Activities Board (UAB). During the first month or so there will be a lot of clubs holding free events around campus, so there will always be something fun to do for free.

There are a ton of clubs to join, campus activities and events to get involved in and meet new people, and with 50,000 students you're sure to make some friends. Sports are obviously a big deal here, and student sections are crazy. For those of you who are age, check out Stober's and Mac's Bar.

Every weekend the University Board of Activities has something that students can do. There are screenings of movies before the are in theaters, there are also recent movies that may have came out the month before. They every year during pride week there is a drag show that takes place. In the February there is Lil Sibs weekend. This weekend caters to your sibling, they come up and get to experience college life. There is free bowling on campus as well. The best part is most of these activities are free.

There is always a ton of events on campus! There are so many clubs and organizations to join that you could have a meeting every day of the week if you join that many. There is free bowling in our own bowling alley on campus, which is pretty fun even though it's the oldest bowling alley I've ever been to.

MSU is a Big Ten school, so sports are kind of a big deal here. Football games are a blast, and basketball games are pretty great too. There are also TONS of student organizations on campus to get involved with. There are clubs and IM sports to fit a lot of different interests (Harry Potter fans- we even have a quidditch team!). The Union has a bowling alley that only costs ~$2, and there are also frequent activities there. Also, there are on-campus theaters on the weekends that are free with a student ID. They even have free popcorn! We also have the Wharton Center, which hosts Broadway musicals, as well as concerts put on by our College of Music, and by the various a cappella groups on campus.
