MTSU is an underrated state school. It has some of Tennessee's best professors and departments. However, it is very much a commuter university, with little spirit and pride.

Very good place to study. Very good place to earn your degree. Very good place to improve and have bright future.

The only downfall to MTSU is the huge class sizes. It is rare to get a class smaller than 50 students. However, there are some highly accredited professors.

MTSU has been a wonderful environment to continue my education. The teachers are incredibly helpful and the students care about the community. I love the general atmosphere of the school because the focus isn't all on sports teams like you will find in most other southern schools; students tend to get along and are very helpful.

Choosing MTSU is the best decision I could have ever made! MTSU gives the small college feel from an actually very big school (28,000 undergrads). The school is excellent.

Middle Tennessee State University, as a Murfreesboro native, I always looked at it as a school in rising. After attending for one year, I have learned about the diversity on the campus. It's a very natural learning environment, while still being technologically competitive.

The staff/ faculty really pushes you to succeed. The campus is very modern and can accommodate anyone, even those of us registered with disabled student services. The coursework is rigorous, but that is how you become well prepared for your future.

it's a really good school. everyone knows MTSU for it's great nursing and teaching program. and the wonderful shows they put on.

MTSU is a semi-competitive, friendly place to learn. It offers its students many opportunities in their academics and in their fields. Well-rounded, knowledgeable students come out of this college.

horrible parking,dance program is not valid at all, very nice student union building. Good for music majors and recording industry majors
