What Students Are Saying

Be aggressive and diligent in pursuing scholarships, ask questions if something is not clear. Do not be afraid to ask a professor or advisor for help, I have yet to meet an unhelpful faculty or staff member! Midland University wants to make YOUR dreams come true; if they don't have the exact major you are looking for, ask about designing your own or creating a customized combination of majors.
Katharine from West Point, NE
Make friends in the apartments so you can do your laundry for free. Take advantage of the free membership to the YMCA.
Look into playing a sport at Midland. I play Womens Lacrosse and love every minute of it. Athletics is huge on campus, so is academics, and being involved in the community. Stay involved on and off campus in a positive manner. Set a goal for your GPA, and use all your resources available. Such as the library, study groups, teachers, tutors etc.
