Founded by the Southern Baptist Convention, Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is a Christian institution in Kansas City, Missouri, training students for ministry. All of Midwestern’s undergraduate programs are held at the seminary’s Spurgeon College and Midwestern offers 10 bachelor’s degrees in subjects such as Worship Ministry and Biblical Studies. Midwestern also encourages students to get involved with bi-weekly chapel services through the chapel band and choir as well as forum Q&A sessions with chapel speakers. Student ministry further extends beyond campus through the seminary’s door-to-door evangelistic teams.
