» Read MoreMillersville has a great location! Lancaster city is 10 minutes away with cafes and cute shops. There are First Fridays where the stores put merch on the sidewalks and it is a fun place to go with friends. It is also close to two shopping outlets in Lancaster. Park City mall is also 15 minutes away. Amish country is close by with placed to pet animals. There is the Chameleon club which has concerts to attend. There are movie theaters as well. You'll never be bored!

There is also a spring concert where the university gets a big name to come and perform on campus for a price that even poor students can afford! There is also Superfest in the spring. This is similar to a carnival that is held in the quad. The student body can come and enjoy a DJ, carnival games and of course free food and goodies. In addition, the many different clubs and organizations on campus sponsor a wide variety of events that are open to the general student body.
