On campus, fraternity and sorority functions provide plenty of fun, and there are always live theatre, music and dance performances on campus. The Millsaps Lecture Series provides incredible speakers and entertainers each month.

» Read Moregood question. jackson is one of the most poverty-stricken cities in the united states, and millsaps is located right next to the subsidized housing neighborhoods. gunshots are a regular happening. the school provides no entertainment whatsoever, and the fraternity houses are the only places one can go. there isn't really anything to do in jackson without having to drive 30+ minutes away from the school.
