I live in the dorms, which, for me, is amazing. At home, things are horribly stressful. This way, my parents really miss me when I come home, and things are a lot calmer. There's so much to do on campus, and without spending any money either!

The school, classes, students, and faculty are great. It is apparent the professors want you to succeed by making the classes difficult so that you may better understand why you need the course in your curriculum for your major. The professors interact with the students to insure their time at MSOE is not a waste. The school teaches you the skills you will need to better compete against other future employees in the career of your choice.

I really do enjoy the classes. The teachers are great for the most part, and the rigor keeps you challenged at every turn of every quarter of class. Sometimes, school keeps you so busy you cannot have an outside life like a job which can be a problem for some. Also, MSOE is not much for partying. The male to female ratio holds steady around 4 to 1.

I absolutely love MSOE. I joined the rowing team, and it's a lot of fun. It's really easy to get involved here, and Milwaukee is a great town.

At MSOE, students are able to meet other people from all over the world. The study abroad program brings in students from the Czech Republic, Germany, and India. There is always something to do at MSOE. The school lets students create and run organizations or clubs, so there is something for everyone to do. While there are many academic related organizations at MSOE, there are also others which deal with community service, intramural sports, anime, gaming, music, and much more. When living in the City of Milwaukee, there is always something to do. Students can take a walk down to the lake, Ice skate at all times of the year at MSOE’s Kern Center, explore the city’s shops, paintball, go to the movie theatre, etc. The possibilities are endless.
