Around Town

As I mentioned before, �College Hour� is a fun way to socialize with fellow students while enjoying great food and good music. Also, there is always a monthly calendar available online with a list of fun upcoming events to check out. Lastly, there are plenty of great opportunities, clubs, and services available to get involved in the student body and to network with fellow students, so take advantage of them!

The beach is right around the corner. Join some activities on campus. Every Thursday you get free food!!

Just hang out on the lawn, with the view of the ocean.

MiraCosta has two campus locations in Oceanside and San Ellijo. Not only is this conveinient, but it means you are close to a variety of different activites. You can go to the beach, play volleyball, make a bon fire, BBQ, go hiking, surf, paddleboard, boogieboard, shop, visit art galleries, fine dine, visit surf shacks, go to LegoLand, the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, really the posibilities are endless!
