There are definitely many teachers who make their classes worth while, however, the general student population, as well as atmosphere, are not too in tune to the learning aspect of college. Obviously this partly depends on which major is taken, but overall, there aren't many brilliant minds to push against to better yourself.

    Monroe Community college consists of a diverse atmosphere of students and professors who are determined for success. This college symbolizes a stepping stone for many student, yet becomes more of the cornerstone of your college experience. There is long term dedication readily available from all professors and a great honors program, so overall if a student is willing to put forth the effort they can achieve an education of the highest order.

    Although it is a community college, you do not feel that it is. You think that you're attending an average sized SUNY college. MCC is perfect for a 2 year degree or for pre-requisites for transferring.

    Monroe Community College is an excellent two year college. There are several excellent professors who really care about the future of their students and worked their hardest to make sure their students succeed. Monroe Community College also has an outstanding campus with great dorm rooms.

    1. Very Diverse School with a melting pot of different cultures and backgrounds. 2. Amazing Staff, that's always willing to assist in any matter! (even if their off or about to go to lunch) they'll stop and assist you. 3. Dedicated and considerate professors. Willing to teach and willing to learn from the students also.

    Monroe Community Collage has great faculty who provides student the tool they need to be successful. The resources offered to student are extremely helpful such as free sessions with career and transfer advisors , study abroad opportunity's and free tutoring services.
