I've learned so much in all of my classes. Most of the classes after first semester are smaller so the teachers have more time to spend with each student and discussions ensue and are really helpful.

    Friendly People, Helpful and great people. I was happy with the result of the help from staff from Financial Aid to advisors to professors. MSU is one great place to be.

    Montana State's motto is Mountains and Minds for a good reason. It is located in the beautiful mountains of Montana and has a wonderful and diverse academic program. There are so many opportunities at MSU, it's never boring!

    It is in one of the most fun and active towns. The school is very supportive, wants you to succeed and has a ton of different opportunities to get involved. Everyone here is so nice and happy.

    MSU is a cool school with a lot to offer, but it definitely takes a certain type of person to enjoy it here. Snowboarders, skiiers and outdoor enthusiasts will have a lot to do, but other than that my issue with the place is its a little bland for a college aged student. Academically, it is challenging, but those from more urbanized areas who are used to city life and all the habits that you develop through that will likely find themselves to be somewhat lost at times when it comes to finding people with common interests.

    I have a friend, as well as a cousin, that both live in Bozeman. One of my friends is a freshman at MSU and LOVES IT. He came from military school, where we studied together, and he has absolutely nothing bad to say.

    An fairly awesome school people wise but lacking in other areas. The town itself is very small. The people can also be extremely conservative.

    MSU is big enough to have great resources, but small enough to still be comfortable. The faculty and staff are truly here to help you succeed. And Bozeman is a great community to live in!

    After just finishing my first semester here at Montana State University, I would have to say that my experience overall has been very good. Montana has offered me countless opportunities to grow both on and off campus. I look forward to continuing my education here as I get ready to start the spring semester of my junior year!
