Apply for the Women Visionary Scholarship and the Emerging Leaders in the Arts Scholarship, apply for both of them because you could receive both of them. It would be best if you've taken an AP studio or drawing class (or already attend an art school) to make sure your portfolio work is at an acceptable level.
