Mount Holyoke is a great school with great facilities. There is also a great 5 College consortium that allows you to further expand your depth of knowledge and connections with students/professors in your field. The small class sizes give students a greater opportunity to engage professors and try your hand at holding a discussion. There are many opportunities on-campus and off-campus to seek help in writing, public speaking, critical analysis etc. The work is tough but so rewarding! read full review

Like any school, your learning experience is influenced by the professors, so as long as you research your professors, you can get what you want out of your classroom experience. The 5 College Consortium expands your options in terms of what classes or what kind of learning environment you want to experience. The downside to that is that it is a bit difficult to schedule your classes when they're on different campuses and take into account the sometimes-early-sometimes-late-but-always-free buses that get you from college to college and some to yourself to grab something to eat. read full review
