    Prospective students should use Nassau as a great way to discover and lock in their future plans. Its a great way to get started especially if they have a low GPA or if they aren't ready to go away to school yet. Nassau offers a lot of helpful resources but you have to go after them, they are not handed to you.

    Apply for Financial Aid on time! And if you want an affordable and quality eduation come right on along. If your looking to play sports here then bring your A Game because the Coaches for any team play favoritism so its hard to tryout. Thats the only reason Im transferring is for better oppurtunities and also the lack of Dorm life.

    Study. Take High School seriously, but even if you did neither of those things don't be afraid to try. There are people that believe in you out there, but you have to believe in yourself enough to take the first step. I wish that I understood that when I was in high school. It took me three years after high school to attempt college. I am so glad for the help and support I received.
