This is the most affordable college for international students. There is most willing to help through application process admission staff I have talked to. And quickest application process is offered for any student.

Neosho county community college is an interesting 2 year college to go to. They offer free tutoring. The food quality is quite good.

Neosho County Community College is a great school for those who are serious about getting the education that they need. It has less students than a four year university, which makes classroom sizes smaller, and it makes it easier to learn. The faculty also know the students by name, and not by an i.d. number.
