The food is one step above jail food. It's almost the same thing every day, pizza, tacos, or rice with fries. The new cafeteria is so crammed together that i almost miss the old sticky tables from the last cafeteria so everyone could have their space.

Highlands now has more options dining wise on campus. Einsteins bagels is a great place to grab a bite as well as your traditional cafeteria. The purple brew will serve up your favorite starbucks beverage right with a snack right for any time of the day.

The cafeteria here at NMHU has gotten better but at the same time I feel and wish that they would provide more variety for the students. With the new student center coming in hopefully they will put some nice resturaunts for the students to use. I like to eat healthy, there are a few choices but they could be better for the students.

The dining selection is already great but it continues to get better and better. The food choices have a great variety and the food is always fresh. Not only is the food delicious but the dining areas are great places to socialize and catch up on studying.

This semester we only have the cafeteria because they closed the cantina. The cantina was good if you wanted something other than the normal cafeteria food. The Cafeteria is not the best food i have had, but is definitely not the worst.

It's pointless to have a Greek life because there aren't any Greek houses and nobody knows about them or pays attention to them. This isn't a normal college.

There's a frat and a sorority but they're not really relevant. You don't see them doing much and they don't have their own housing so there's no point to it anyway.
