There aren't really any places to really go out to eat, and the cafeteria isn't great. But there is a McDonald's, Burger King, Sonic and a few other family-owned restaurants.

The food here on campus is Chartwells, most students despise it but their steak and shrimp nights are delicious. Other eating places in Socorro have a small range from Mc. Donalds to Taco Bell to Pizza hut, but we do have some independent business owners that serve delicious food.

The food at Tech is Chartwells. It isn't mom's cooking but it will suffice. There is also the Fire and Ice Cafe which is really good!

Its in a small NM town without much cultural diversity so again you will be left to make great food for yourself. The campus Cafeteria won't be winning awards any time this decade.
