New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary

New Orleans, LA, USA

As the first institution of higher learning created by an act of the Southern Baptist Convention, the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary is a Christian college focused on training students for ministry. All undergraduate programs are held at the seminary’s Leavell College and NOBTS offers bachelor’s degrees in Christian Ministry and Music with an Emphasis in Worship. As a Christian institution, NOBTS holds chapel services twice a week and archives chapel sermons on the seminary’s Youtube channel. To get a better understanding of theological history, NOBTS’s Dead Preachers Society meets once a week to discuss the lives and lessons of famous church leaders.
