» Read MoreProfessors are much different than your typical high school teachers. They really make their lectures interesting and it's depending on who you have. You have to be able to keep up with their homework, studying 2 hours a day per subject, and manage your own time. It's important to use available programs like Writing Center or Math Center (although, you don't get too much help with math that much). There are plenty of tutors available to help you keep up with your work. The library have plenty available resources for you to go after. Most of the professors and the staff members are friendly and willing to help you in what you need. Professors have offices hours and it is important to know because you will ask questions outside of their class for any reasons. It's also important to show up to ALL of your class, no matter what. Your attendances are very important and it affects your grades, but contacting your professor is important as well if you are sick or have an appointment to deal with. Lastly, check your emails as much as you can, including Angel website to keep up what is expected of you.
