Stay on top of things. Trimesters go by really quick and if you don't stay on top of your work, you fall behind insanely fast.

Make sure you visit the school and get to know it, it is not for everyone. Not to say it's bad, but like how large school are not for me. If you want to be a small fish in a big pond and just a number among thousands, this school is not for you. If you want to go to a school where you can be known, grow, have an impact, and get one on one relationships with almost if not all your professors, then this school is for you. It is also in such a great location, if you love Chicago, the train station is only a few blocks away. If you like free t-shirts, you can get plenty of those too!
