North lake is a good place to start your education. Its fine to attend for a couple of semesters, but after a while the school takes a toll on you. The atmosphere is not exactly what i was hoping for in a college.

North Lake Community College has the most amazing professors! They are all old school, meaning they do things the way they were taught years ago (when the technology was not so good) so they expect a lot from their students. This has pushed me to be a better student and now I am thinking past my masters degree!

I enjoy the small classes at North Lake College, you really get to communicate with the professors and class-mates. There is a wide variety of extracurricular activities you can you on campus that are fun. It is also very affordable and great for first time college students looking to transfer to a university in the future.

Some excellent teachers, some very poor ones. Some serious students, some not really so. Takes a bit of research to find resources.

North Lake is an excellent choice for a junior college. The staff is friendly and I feel I have learned a lot from my classes. The campus is safe and is located on rolling hills and a lake fifteen minutes from Dallas.
