Around Town

Go into Chicago, and explore the great city that neighbors the campus. Also, plenty of beautiful scenic parks and beaches nearby are great escapes from campus.

Get out while it's still warm--once winter hits the campus goes on lock down.

We're right by the el, so a lot of people go into Chicago to see plays, movies, or go shopping.

GO OUT TO CHICAGO.

There are activities for everyone no matter what you're into. Downtown Evanston is literally across the street, so you won't be lacking in food and entertainment. However, the shops tend to close pretty early, even on weekends, so that's a common issue I've been hearing about since arriving on campus.

GO TO CHICAGO! take advantage of the proximal el train and spend the night looking up at skyscrapers and soaking up the city-life!

Chicago is just down the road!

I help in the pit at NASCAR Races. They are now offering more sports teams.

There are all types of sports you can play, clubs to join for all interests and attending sporting events is always a highlight.

There are so many student organizations and groups on campus and if there isn't one you like you can make one. There always recitals and operas put on by the music school and plays by the drama department.
