Don't go in ready to slack. The upside to Northwood is that the class sizes are small so it's not a huge change from high school and that was nice. Another plus is that you first term you start classes that specific to YOUR major, no doing classes that are useless, you get right into it. All of the teachers at the school are ready to help the students and some even give out cell phone numbers so that you can reach them away from the office. They aren't there to see you you fail they truly want to see...

Even though it is small and some students don't prefer it, I find it to be better than any other large college out there that I have visited and heard reviews from.
