Teachers hold higher degrees in their fields than at public universities. Most teachers hold a Masters or higher; a majority hold doctorates. This is my 2nd semester and I have noticed that each class seems to repeat a lot. Do not expect a lot of new information if you are in the business field. Most information I have received has been common sense or a repeat. This school is trying to get its accreditation up so expect easy classes to be HARD! Writing 2 papers 10-15 pages each class isn't uncommon. Expect to...

    Nova is a wonderful college,all the people are very friendly and nice. They help you prepare for school and help you find things you would like to do on campus. They have good programs and they take more time out to make sure no student falls behind.

    NSU has a beautiful main campus in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. There are over 50 academic clubs & organizations, sororities, and fraternities to join in. The staff and student body are all very diverse.

    Beautiful campus, good classes, but honestly no good org teachers, and not many great math teachers. Don't transfer out to another school because other schools don't like to take nova credits that well. They take points off your GPA. But if you stay with Nova great things happen! Sorry this is long, but it is a great research school!!! I love it here!

    nova southeastern is a private university which needs to reconsider its plans for tuition and the student life. Students reach their aggregate limit faster than any other school because the tuition rates are out of this world with little to no help. Other than that, the university has great professors.

    I rate NSU an A! The community is great and being apart of the Greek life will definitely make college more enjoyable whether you dorm or commute. The campus is a nice size, clean, and easy to maneuver.
