I do not have much experience with on campus dining since I lived off campus, but a majority of the food I tasted was pretty good. There are not really in a big chain restaurants in Athens, but they have the normal fast food places like Mcdonalds, Wendy's, etc. Most places deliver as well so that is always convenient.

» Read MoreThere are some really good dinning halls on campus, I just happened to be put right next to the worst one. The food is not terrible but it is not the same quality as the other dinning hall's food. I have no idea why they decided to renovate two dinging halls within one hundred yards of each other and then leave one mediocre dinning hall across campus.
» Read MoreThere are four dining halls on campus, all of which are very different from each other. So, there's a decent variety in food choices. Obviously, eating at the dining halls all the time, you kind of get sick of it and because its all mass produced food its generally somewhat flavorless. The only serious complaint I have is the lack of real fruits and vegetables. The mass produced stuff isn't even edible sometimes, like rock hard apples etc. But overall its okay.
» Read MoreI haven't ate everywhere on campus yet but the places I've been such as Baker has some pretty good food, not too horribly priced.
» Read MoreLots of cool places to eat. if you take a tour, stop and get a burrito at the burrito buggy. You will apply just to have that available to you.
» Read MoreAll of Ohio University's dining facilities either are undergoing or already have been renovated. The new multi million dollar facilities have a restaurant feel in a buffet format. Carving stations, breakfast all day, mediterranean grills, and wok bars are just a sampling of the multiple options that are offered.
» Read MoreThe Dining Halls provide food that is delicious and nutritious. The main street has a plethora of delicious fast food and fine dining options as well.
» Read MoreThey have also been redoing their dining halls so no matter what you're in the mood for there's probably an option for you. Its not very great quality but you can only expect so much from a cafeteria after all. There are also four different dining halls you can choose to eat from on campus.
» Read MoreThere are several different dining halls and each serve something special that the others don't have which provides plenty of options. Also there is at least one dining hall on each part of campus so food is never too far away.
» Read MoreGreek life is huge here. I underestimated that before coming here. If you're into Greek life that's great. If not (like me) it can be kind of a drag since it seems like so many other people participate in it. But I made the mistake of not getting really involved right away. The more involved I am in other stuff, the happier I am.

» Read MoreGreek life on campus is about 15%. It gives a good balance between opportunity to go greek and be active in it for those students that choose to without being forced on students that do not and making them feel outcasted.
» Read MoreI am not a member of a sorority but plan on rushing a National Honors fraternity next year. We don't just have social frats & sororities, but also honors frats, business frats, and social frats!
» Read MoreThere is a very strong Greek life. I can't even count how many organizations there are.
» Read MoreGreek Life is great to get involved in! They take part in volunteering and really get you involved in the campus. It's pretty big here.
» Read MoreIt's not huge here, but it's a great atmosphere for anyone that joins.
» Read MoreThose who are in Greek life love it and are very proud of it. However, you don't have to go Greek to have something to do. Plenty of students do not go Greek.
» Read MoreI love the Greek life at Ohio University. I like how Greek life is not everything at Ohio University which is different from a lot of schools. I have many good friends that participate in the Greek life in Athens Ohio.
» Read MoreOU is not as big a Greek school as Miami University, but has a decent amount of fraternities and sororities.
